3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. Free trial requires a valid payment method; you will not be charged until the trial ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. WebDYI retains ownership of the platform, templates, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebDYI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
